What’s my background?
I’m a graduate of Accomplishment Coaching, an ICF certified Coach Training Program and have over 200 coach training hours. I have a Master’s of Science in Conflict Analysis and Resolution and am trained as a mediator and organizational ombudsman. Additionally, I work as a facilitator and trainer on diversity and inclusion topics.
What is my coaching like?
Coaching is a unique relationship and if you allow it, coaching can be a sacred space. For many of us, 60 minutes to focus just on ourselves and our dreams each week is a rare treat. It is a space to say what is on your mind and where you can bring your true self without worry of judgement. As your coach, I’m unlike others in your life. I’m here to be a champion for your dreams, remind you of your strengths, and support you in identifying patterns. I bring passion and warmth to coaching, while bringing directness and honesty. I aim to be a fierce haven for clients to bring forward their full selves and realize their potential.
Who am I?
I am a gentle soul with a warm presence and love being both a protector and cheerleader for people. My life experiences as a queer person of color paved the way for my passion in creating spaces where people (especially those with divergent views) can hear one another. In my spare time, I enjoy gardening, hiking in parks, and making cookies for my wife.
